Our homes are individually designed and one-of-a-kind. The dedication to

building a quality structure means attention to every possible detail. We begin

the construction process of each new home by performing a complete Geotechnical

Soil Investigation from samples obtained  20 ft. below the surface. Our

Engineering Firm uses the soil lab results to design a foundation that is

specific to the building site. Engineering firms are also used for Certified

Residential Energy Design Plans. The floor systems are also professional

designed.
